Everything you buy is delivered straight away, twice: on screen and by email.
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download links appear on the confirmation page. The same links are emailed to you with your order details, so you never need to contact us to receive what you bought.
Each guide is an A5 PDF that reads well on a phone, a tablet or a laptop, and prints beautifully at home.
Once a guide is yours it is yours permanently. We recommend saving the file somewhere safe as well as keeping the confirmation email.
Email us with your order number and we will send fresh links the same working day.
Because the guides are delivered instantly, digital downloads cannot usually be returned once they have been sent. If something has gone wrong, write to us — we will always put it right.
