We keep this simple. We only collect what we need to send you your guides and help you if something goes wrong.
When you buy a guide we collect your email address and the details of your order. If you write to us, we keep your message so we can reply.
Card details are entered directly with our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store them.
To deliver your download links, send your order confirmation, and answer any questions about your purchase.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and customer-service purposes. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@corereformer.co.uk and we will reply properly.
